Founder & Executive Director

Melissa’s vision and leadership laid the foundation for Second Chance Motherhood. As a mother and advocate, she leads with heart, compassion, and purpose.

Darlene Guillaume

Director of Community Outreach

Darlene builds meaningful relationships with local partners, families, and supporters to ensure our programs reach the moms who need them most.

Adassa Saintus

Mental Health Counselor

Adassa provides emotional wellness resources and leads support groups focused on postpartum mental health and self-care.

Lisa Doway

Program Coordinator

Lisa oversees our day-to-day programming, making sure our services are effective, organized, and impactful.
